Organizers/Venue managers: We collect Personal Data from you when you
voluntarily provide such information to the Services, such as when you register for
access to the Services as an Organizer, Venue manager, contact us with inquiries,
respond to one of our surveys or use certain Services. The Personal Data we may
collect includes without limitation your name, address, email address and other
personally identifiable information. In some cases we may collect your credit card
information (e.g., your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.),
some of which may constitute Personal Data, to secure certain payments. In addition,
if you use our payment processing services, we will collect financial information
from you (e.g., your bank account information or an address to send checks) as
necessary to facilitate payments and information required for tax purposes (e.g., your
taxpayer identification number).
Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with the Services, we collect certain
personally non-identifiable information ("Non-Personal Data"). The Non-Personal
Data we collect includes without limitation Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Internet

After signing up, you can update and access your Personal Data on the My Account page. Buyers and other non-Organizers can also contact us directly with requests to update Personal Data at the address specified below. - If you choose to create a Listing or make a booking, you must register via the Site to create an Account. When you (I) register with us through the Site to become a Venue Owner or Member, (II) choose to add information to your profile webpage or (III) create a Listing, we will ask you for personally identifiable information. Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, company name (if applicable), phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and home and Venue postal addresses, as applicable. - You may register to use the Services directly via the Site or by logging into your account with certain third party social media or social networking services (“SNS”) (including, but not limited to, Facebook) via the Site, as described herein.
